Warren R. Whitted, Jr.

Mr. Whitted has more than 37 years experience practicing law in real estate, financing, creditor’s rights, estate planning and business organization matters. Mr. Whitted represents buyers and sellers in major real estate acquisitions nationwide. He represents major lenders in significant foreclosure and real estate workout transactions. During his career, he has handled hundreds of foreclosure, enforcement, eminent domain and real estate title transactions.

He was actively involved in the drafting of the Nebraska Business Corporation Act, the Nebraska Non-Profit Corporation Act, and the Nebraska Limited Liability Company Act, and he has written and lectured on this legislation.

He is Vice Chairman of the Nebraska Commission on the Unauthorized Practice of Law and was involved extensively in the drafting of the Nebraska Supreme Court Rules Governing the Unauthorized Practice of Law.

Mr. Whitted is a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. He is an "AV" rated lawyer in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, a 1974 graduate of the Creighton University School of Law and a 1971 honors graduate from Drake University.
