T. Geoffrey Lieben

During his 39 years in the practice of law, Mr. Lieben has gained experience in nearly every aspect of estate, financial and retirement planning. He concentrates a significant portion of his practice to the creation and utilization of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). He has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America in the fields of employee benefits, taxation and trusts and estates for over twenty-eight years.

Mr. Lieben, rated "AV" in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, is included among those listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law and the Great Plains Superlawyers list. He has frequently lectured and widely written on the tax, securities, labor and corporate aspects of estate planning, employee benefits and executive compensation.

Mr. Lieben is a member of the ESOP Association, the Employee Benefits Committee of Tax Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the American Bar Association, the Omaha Estate Planning Council, the Pension Council of Omaha, and several national organizations.

He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Nebraska State Bar Foundation.

Mr. Lieben is a 1968 magna cum laude graduate of Creighton University and 1971 cum laude graduate of the New York University School of Law. He was Article and Book Review Editor of the New York University Law Review, while in law school.
