Jesse S. Krause

Mr. Krause received his B.S. from Creighton University in 2003 and received his Juris Doctorate with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2008. While in Law School, Mr. Krause was a Senior Member of the Nebraska Moot Court Board, clerked for the Solicitor General at the Nebraska Attorney Generals Office, became registered as a patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and represented clients at the University of Nebraska Civil Clinic and Family Law Clinic.

Mr. Krause joined the firm in 2009 and concentrates his practice in the area of family law. He has helped mothers and fathers with complex custody issues. Jesse advocates for his clients in settlement negotiations, mediation and court.

Mr. Krause has been admitted to practice in Nebraska since 2008. Mr. Krause is a member of Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
