Keith A. Harvat

Mr. Harvat received his B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 1996. He was appointed to and previously served on the Mental Health Board of the 11th Judicial District and was appointed as the Nebraska State Bar representative in 2010 to the Jail Standards Board by Governor Dave Heineman. He is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys as well as the Omaha, Nebraska State and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all Iowa state courts and in the federal court for the Southern District of Iowa.

Mr. Harvat has tried jury and non-jury cases in both state and federal courts involving insurance, personal injuries, contracts, product liability and civil rights.
