Brittney J. Krause

Ms. Krause was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association in 2008. Ms. Krause received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2004, and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2008. During her years at the University of Nebraska College of Law, Ms. Krause participated in various appellate advocacy competitions, completed mediation training with the Nebraska Regional Mediation Center and represented clients at University of Nebraska Civil Clinic.

Ms. Krause concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial transactions and commercial litigation and estate planning.

Ms. Krause is a member of the Robert M. Spire American Inns of Court as well as the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
