Of Counsel - Greg Jahn

Mr. Jahn has over 37 years of experience in the health, employee benefits, school law and corporate fields. His practice has included legal and governmental affairs services for a large number of corporate and institutional clients. Mr. Jahn is Senior General Counsel for Creighton University.

Mr. Jahn has written and lectured widely on such diverse topics as pension planning, VEBA's, AIDS discrimination in the work place, and alternative health care delivery systems. He is a member of the National Health Lawyers Association, the Tax, Corporate and Health Law Section of the American Bar Association, and the Wellness Council of the Midlands. He is an “AV” rated lawyer in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

In 1984, Mr. Jahn was named Outstanding Young Omahan, and he serves in leadership roles in many community organizations. Mr. Jahn is a 1971 summa cum laude graduate from Creighton University and a 1974 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School.
