Virginia A. Albers

Ms. Albers is a trial lawyer who concentrates her practice in domestic relations matters. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Albers frequently presents seminars and papers to the legal community on recent developments and trends in the family law arena. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Family Law section of the Nebraska Bar Association. She is also a highly rated lawyer in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and named in the Great Plains Superlawyers list.

Ms. Albers graduated from Drake University in 1980 and graduated cum laude from Creighton Law School in 1994. In law school, she was the Associate Editor of the Creighton Law Review. After law school, Ms. Albers served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable David J. Lanphier of the Supreme Court of Nebraska.

She is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State and American Bar Associations.
